Booking 

A booking is not finalized until all monies for the entirety of the experience or rental are paid in full. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for fully booked tours. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to a scheduled tour date & time may be rescheduled. 

Passengers must be 21 & Human

Please note that Moke & Wine cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 21 and we can not bring animals (even your emotional support peacock) on the ride with us. 

If your Hips Don’t Lie

Just a note that the backseat measures 3 feet wide. Some fit comfortably, some experience a tighter squeeze. We do have three seat belts available in the back seat, but sometimes two fit more comfortably (as a female founder with ‘wider mom hips’, we thought it was important to let you know ).   

Weather Prep

Moke & Wine rides rain or shine, but not in thunderstorms. We’ll give you an opportunity to reschedule if the conditions look too soggy. Please note all cars come with a bimini top and can be shielded from a light drizzle quite easily. Sorry, no cancellations for hot days. We’ll provide you with shade, water, and sunscreen though! 

Moke Jockey Gratuity

The only gratuity not included in the day is a tip for your Moke Jockey. They typically take Venmo and you can handle it at the end of your ride. 

Lunch Specifications 

Lunch orders that require special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be noted on the Lunch Order booking form no more than 48 hours before your tour starts. If a change needs to be made after the form is submitted, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid complications. 

You’re a grown up! 

Please know that while we care about you and your safety, we’re not responsible for any activity you engage in before or after your ride with us and/or on private property. We encourage all riders to ride share to and from their tour with us and to know their personal alcohol limit. Never drink and drive!

If for any reason our Moke Jockey deems you or someone in your party ineligible to participate in the tour, we reserve the right to terminate the ride at any time. 

Smoking (anything)

No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the Moke. Passengers may take smoking breaks in designated areas along the experience route that allows for this. 

Drinking Inside the Moke 

Not allowed. Sorry, Charlie. 

Weapons 

Leave your nunchucks at home. 

Release of Liability Waivers

All riders must sign a release of liability waiver before joining the tour. This release will be provided to you in advance of your ride. 

Buckle Up! 

Each rider must remain seated and wear a seatbelt while the Moke is in motion. The max capacity is the max seats. Please do not attempt to pick up strangers or fit extra riders in the back seat at any time. 

Respect the Moke

It’s sexy, and we know it. You are welcome to hang off their sides of the cars and photo op by standing in the back or front seats (with the bimini top off of course) as long as the car is in park and your Moke Jockey is at the wheel. Please remove your shoes when standing on any of our seats. Be nice to them, they work hard. 

Junk in the Trunk

Moke cars are small, they have just a  little space for junk in the trunk. So limit your belongings. Try to consolidate your belongings  into a small purse or fanny pack. Large beach bags and backpacks are not recommended. There is only a small space for items to be stowed and we’d prefer to reserve that for bottles of delicious wine. 

Belongings & Trash 

When exiting the Moke please be sure to double check and remove all personal items and trash from your group. If something is left by mistake we hold onto it for 3-days and let you know before we start wearing your cute hat around town.  

If you puke 

We might need to charge you a cleaning fee (depending on how much you had for lunch). Again, you’re a grown up, hydrate yourself, pace yourself and enjoy the ride. But seriously, it sucks to clean this up so we have to pay someone extra to do it. Just don’t puke, ok? 

If you’re two-thousand and late 

If you’re tardy, that sucks. We won’t wait because this tour leaves on time. You might have to forfeit some of the experience. You can meet us at the next stop. Sorry, we can’t issue refunds for fashionably late peeps.

Dust Note

If you are sensitive to dust you might consider bringing a hanky or scarf for small portions of the ride. We kick up a bit when we lightly off-road on a few winery trails.

Cancellation 

We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time for any reason. Sometimes $%#* happens. We don’t wanna do this, but we have to reserve the right to. 

Social Media & Reviews

By riding with Moke & Wine Tours you acknowledge that your picture or video may be taken, shared or reshared on social media or our website for promotional purposes. We may also use direct verbal quotes or lines from your reviews in our marketing materials. 

We appreciate your help by providing us feedback on our driver and your experience privately to BeepBeep@MokeandWine.com and to help inform those that might be interested in booking with us, we encourage you to leave a review on google or yelp.

Privacy Policy 

We won’t share or sell your info. We also won’t spam you. We’ll update you with new experience loops and flash sales from time to time.
